Application Process for Overseas Domestic Helpers
1. Understand the requirements
Use WhatsApp or the phone to discuss the employer’s family needs and requirements for a domestic helper; approximately 15 minutes
2. Screening and Video Interviews
We provide a selection of domestic helper resumes based on the employer’s requirements, arrange online video interviews, and match candidates with employers (typically within 2–7 days)
3. Confirmation and Signing
Once a candidate is selected, we will deliver the documents to your doorstep, allowing you to sign the contract at home and submit the required documents online without having to visit our office. We can also send the contract overseas for the domestic helper to sign (approximately 2–3 weeks).
4. Legal Documents from Consulates and the Immigration Department
Arrange for the notarization of the employment contract at the home country’s consulate (approx. 2 weeks); submit the work visa application to the Immigration Department (approx. 4–6 weeks)
5. Visa and Departure Procedures for Foreign Domestic Helpers
Processing local visas for foreign domestic helpers and arranging departure procedures (approx. 2–3 weeks for Filipino domestic helpers; approx. 4–6 weeks for Indian domestic workers)
6. Arrival and Check-in
Arrange for a dedicated representative to meet the domestic helper at the airport, conduct a medical examination, and process the Hong Kong ID card; the domestic helper officially moves in and report duty (approximately 1 week)
